Supporting Catholic women emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.
If you're still here reading this email... Thank you.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for being here.
I have a little gift for you in this email for being here on my email list. đź’ś
As a little refresher, I'm a former Catholic therapist, now coach and educator, on a mission to share my counseling tools with Catholic women everywhere.
Why?
Because I believe that many of us can use these tools on our own. I do almost every dang day.
I've been through a lot in my life. We all probably have. I'm sure you have, too.
But I am forever grateful for my master's education because I've actually applied and used these concepts, strategies, theories to my own life when things get hard.
What makes this space different
Here, we don’t treat faith and mental health as separate or even opposing things.
As a therapist, I bring clinically grounded tools for understanding:
- Emotions + what to do with them
- Why we do what we do
- Nervous system regulation
- Boundaries and maintaining healthy relationships
- Healing inner wounds
- and so much more, honestly.
As a Catholic woman, I pray about the work that I do.
As I start working on anything, I invite the Holy Spirit to lead.
He knows what He's doing and where we all need healing and growth. I'm simply the vessel here, friends.
And I've got the clinical background to help us overcome almost anything in a way that leads us closer to Christ, rather than falling away.
I help women learn how to meet God in their emotions rather than avoid, suppress, or judge them, so faith and mental health become integrated as God designed them to be!
Speaking of this...
I created something completely free for you based on this.
A 4-Week Challenge to Decrease Your Overwhelm!
Don't let the word "challenge" overwhelm you more...
I promise to make this as easy as possible. That's why we're taking it slowwwww over 4 weeks.
Could you get this done faster? Sure!
But, if you're already overwhelmed, you probably don't have the time to take it faster. It's okay! Let's start here.
Step One - Week One of Decrease Your Overwhelm
Are you ready for this?
You sure?
đź¤
This week, we're taking inventory of everything we do throughout our day.
Sound crazy?
It might be! But it is hands down, the absolute best way to get crystal clear about where our time and energy is going.
Will it be a lot of work? A little bit!
But - here's how you can make it super easy and doable:
- Set an alarm to go off on your phone every hour OR
- Set a timer to go off at the top of the hour, and then reset it for 60 minutes so it will go off at the top of the next hour
- Do this as soon as you wake up all the way through when you go to bed
- Start right now or tomorrow (but set a reminder!!) and do this for an entire week
- Make it into an Excel spreadsheet or write it out in a notebook - whichever comes easiest to you!
Sound like a lot?? MAYBE!
But... Imagine how you'll feel when you can look back at an entire week objectively and start to see where exactly all of your time and energy goes.
And then imagine what it will feel like by the end of this challenge to know exactly where you can eliminate 1 or 2 things from your weeks.
Relief!
Amazement!
Hope that it doesn't have to be this way all of the time!
That's what I want for you.
You do not have to live life completely overwhelmed and beyond your capacity, even while juggling all of the responsibilities we have.
I'm living proof (did you know I'm a mom to littles + biz owner + a bunch of other things, and I very rarely operate beyond my capacity?!).
And I've helped so many clients with this over the years!
I know that's probably what Jesus wants for you, too.
He doesn't want us to be overwhelmed beyond our limits all of the time, sister. I promise.
He wants us to experience His true, everlasting joy that comes with living aligned with His will!
Let's see if there's anything we can do within our control to decrease this overwhelm. And I'll help you bring it to the Lord in the process.
Blessings,

P.S. Let me know how it goes after your first day! Also let me know if you think I'm crazy and this won't help. ;) I'd be happy to talk about that with you (seriously!).
